Dell Snap Servers are generally configured to use either RAID 5 arrays or RAID 10 arrays.
All Dell Snap Servers come pre-installed with Snap’s unique and custom made Snap Operating System, and are commonly used by large corporate organisations. They provide generally high reliability whist still providing outstanding performance.
As these servers use common configurations, they are susceptible to failure due to one or more hard drives developing mechanical faults, RAID controller failures, RAID formatting and boot loader & hardware failure.
Running the Snap Server while it is in less than optimal performance can increase, complicate or, on occasions, totally diminish the Snap Server array, rendering the parity of a RAID 5 useless after long term use at the compromised level.
At Fields Data Recovery we have specialist engineers that have gained vast experience and knowledge of Snap Servers and as such have all the expertise and knowledge required to recover your data in the shortest time frame currently available in north America.
“I am not technical at all and was a bit wary of contacting a data recovery company when I lost all my work, but the staff at Fields really put me at ease. My files are now recovered and I am a very happy customer!”
