Seagate Laptop Data Recovery
After a number of years producing popular and generally reliable desktop hard drives, Seagate have entered the laptop hard drive market with the release of the Momentus hard drive.
However, Fields Data Recovery engineers have discovered that a number of these hard drives suffer with bad or corrupt blocks or sectors, particularly at the start and middle of the hard drive map. This problem is increased after prolonged use or by incorrectly shutting down the laptop system.
Other faults with Seagate Laptop hard drives include damage to the disk assembly unit, motor unit, electrical failure, corruption to the drive’s operation code, as well as standard user and operating system errors.
Due to a higher than average success rate in excess of 95%, our engineers are generally able to return all recovered data on alternative media with 72 hours.
