CD Data Recovery
Due to their convenience and capacity, CDs are increasingly being used for routine back-ups and the storage of data files. Unfortunately, largely due to their composition, CDs can become damaged or unreadable for a number of reasons.

The most common reasons being physical damage (usually scratches) to the reflective surface.
Damage and scratches on the top of the CD, can result in the entire CD not being accessible any more.
Typical error messages are:
- d:\ is not accessible (where d:\ is the CD drive letter)
- Incorrect function
Note: Recovered data is returned on CD-ROM or DVD.
“I just wanted to thank you for your excellent and friendly service in recovering ALL my lost data. Having had no luck from a home visit by a PC engineer (whose attempts to get the hard drive working amounted to slapping it a few times with his hand!), and having seen the prices charged by other companies (without any guarantee of data recovery), I had resigned myself as a home user to having lost all data due to the cost of recovery being too great. Thankfully I found your website, and after using your online price guide to get an estimate (around half the cost of other companies) and following your 3 steps for the dispatch of my hard drive, I can honestly say that the process could not have been simpler. I am a very satisfied customer, and I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending your service to anyone, but especially to home users.” - Paul Bickford
