Fields Data Recovery is one of the only UK Data Recovery Companies with ISO 9001:2000 accreditation.
The ISO (International Organization for Standardization) is a network of national standards institutes spanning 156 countries. The ISO 9001 family represents a consensus on Quality Management Systems.
In order to be awarded the accreditation, Fields Data Recovery needed to demonstrate to a team of accredited auditors that the company was committed to:
- Meeting customer’s quality requirements;
- meeting regulatory requirements;
- enhancing customer satisfaction;
- achieving continual improvement in pursuit of these objectives.
ISO 9001:2000 is a prestigious and sought-after award that is in increasing demand by both customers and suppliers. Originally introduced in 1979, only around 3% of British businesses have been successful in gaining ISO 9001:2000.
